new pic of me and matt from texas motor speedway two sundays ago.

texas motor speedway was pretty fun. it was fun from the start and got a bit boring for me during the race and then afterwards it was pretty fun. i tried one of those army climbing walls and i got like three feet off the ground and freaked out and stopped. i have a bit of a fear of falling. i love heights but don't wanna fall. i just couldn't get a good hold on the wall. we walked around a lot and then the race started. i thought it was pretty cool and matt admitted it's better than on tv. his dad was there too with someone else but was on the opposite side of the speedway from us. i was bummed when jr. couldn't race any longer. afterwards matt and austin kept trying to get me to flash people for beer. i'm not the kind of person to do that...not for anything (except maybe a lot of money...jk). my mom was in the car so that would've been a little weird. not only that but she would never have allowed me too. but then again i do what i want and she knows it.
my last day at tinseltown was yesterday. it was supposed to be tomorrow but they went ahead and had someone cover my shift. i'm glad. eight more hours in booth was gonna be hell. matt and i did a countdown yesterday to get through that eight hours of booth. i'll be starting my new job on friday at seven in the morning in arlington. it's just a few miles from my place. i'm gonna be a test administrator/proctor. to my knowledge, i greet the people and set them down at a computer and open up their test and monitor the people closely. i won't know for sure what i'm doing or what it's like til friday. i'll be working for pearson view, who bought out the company that was located in arlington. but i'll be on the payroll of a temp service since i chose to work in arlington. had i chosen the hurst location, as i originally applied for, then i would be paid by pearson. but that's ok...i get a dollar more from the temp service than pearson. that's three dollars more than i was making at the hell hole called ttown.
it's been a while since i've posted on here. mostly because i know it's kinda retarded and no one really cares. this has got to be the longest one i've posted yet. it'll probably be a while before i post again. i can't usually think of anything to say. anywho i should get to studying and then go to class. see 'ya.

new haircut. what do y'all think? it was supposed to be shoulder length but i donated so it turned out like this. i'll get it back in no time i'm sure. my hair grows really fast.

well i'm excited that my boss did let me go so i could see Matt's concert. i was very happy about that. i liked the concert although i'm not a huge nerd about it. i don't pay attention to specifics. i have a short attention span, even when it comes to music. i'm excited bc i get to hang out with him tonight. and Matt, Kira, Erik, and i are doing this double date thing tomorrow night. we're going to Chili's (sorry Matt) for dinner and then seeing Happy Feet (YAY!) and then going out for laser tag. i can't wait i'm so excited. yeah well i'm going bc once again i don't know what else to say bc i'm dumb and only ever talk about Matt bc he's practically my world. so later everyone that just so happens to read this.
